Karen was an essential asset to our new home buying experience at Del Webb Carolina Riverside in Belmont North Carolina. She helped guide us every step of the way, from signing the purchase contract, to the design center visit, inspections, the initial and final walk throughs, and the closing. She was nearly always available if we had a question or concern. Since we are not from the area, we felt confident that we could depend on her to be our in-person representative. She went to bat for us when an issue arose with one of our design center options, and she was there for us when we had complications with our funding for the mortgage. Karen is very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend her to anyone needing an agent in the Charlotte area.

Purchasing a home while living out of state was a bit complicated but Karen walked us through all the moving parts. She secured us an excellent deal and handled all the inspection issues. Not only is Karen friendly, but she is knowledgeable, professional, responsive and provided a high level of service. We HIGHLY recommend Karen for your buying/selling needs.

We had just sold our home and were moving from out of state to Matthews, NC. We were not familiar with the area and had a 4 week time limit to find a house. We had just received the acceptance letter from our son's school and knew that we needed to be within a fairly close driving distance to his school. Karen immediately set us up on her property notifications within our price range and traveling distance to the school. She showed us several homes several days in a row at the drop of a hat as we were coming in from out of town at the last minute. Karen walked 2 homes virtually for us...that was extremely helpful for us being out of town buyers. She answered phone calls, texts and emails at all hours of the day. She even wrote offers for us during her much needed weekend getaway with her sister. Once we found the perfect home, Karen was amazing again...everything was so streamlined and efficient. The home we chose was under contract at the time of the showing but had later fell out....perfect timing for us!!! Karen was so helpful in finding mortgage lenders to lawyers to insurance agents. Again, being out of town and not knowing the area was a bit scary but with Karen as our agent, everything just seemed to click into place. I'm so thankful that our cousin recommended Karen and I would recommend her to anyone needing to buy or sell a home. She's pretty awesome!!!

Karen Kitzmiller is extremely kind, knowledgeable, communicative, hard working and respectful. She never disappointed. She was always there to answer any questions and if she didn't have the answer then she stopped at nothing to find the answer and quickly. Karen was also relatable and made me feel like I was in good hands. I always trusted her opinion and perspective when approaching a property. Karen did her best to make sure that the pricing of the property was fair and she worked her hardest to ensure that I received the best offer. Karen is was also caring and observant of my needs. Karen Kitzmiller is awesome. Not only did she find me my house, she referred me to a mortgage broker (who got me a fantastic rate) and a painter. She has the patience of a saint and took pandemic precautions as seriously as I did.
