We sold a house with Lane and Tracy almost a decade ago, and now in moving back to the area, we knew immediately we would buy with them as well. They helped us navigate a couple of contracts falling through due to seller/house issues and then our eventual home purchase, negotiating repairs, and seeing it through to closing. Lane is so knowledgeable about all aspects of the process and the south Charlotte market, and a great negotiator. We were always confident he was going to bat for us.
