I was struggling with feeling like anyone I talked to wasn’t actually listening to what we needed. David was spoken so highly of by my sister (previous client) that we did not waste any time connecting with him to help find and purchase our first home. I can’t even begin to say how wonderful both Adriano and Katie are. They both more just realtors. They care, they are kind caring and warm human beings. My home was on the market for over a year we had some lookers but no offers. It was not good. I neighbor referred us to Katie. It was like an angel was sent from above just for my husband and I. I met with Katie and she was like a breath of fresh air. She was so sweet and kind, and understanding of what we were going through. She told us not to worry that she would sell our house. I felt good vibes from her. She had her crew come over in the next couple of days of our first meeting together. Her husband Adriano was just as warm and caring and understanding. He took 3D photos of our home which he made a walk through video. Wow I was so impressed I wanted to buy my own house. She also had a photography talking photo. They are so professional. I told her how stressed I was about selling my home, she was so understanding of my feelings and so helpful. She was there for me the whole step of the way. She sold my house in less than a week. She kept in contact with me all the time making sure I was doing ok reassuring me that everything will work out just fine. I was very sad about leaving my home, but both her and her husband were telling me, what a great future is in store for me. A new home new community a new out look on life. They were so encouraging. The day of our closing on our old home was in the morning, they both were there giving me moral support. True North Reality is the name of her company. If I had to do it over again I want them on my team. Like I said Adriano and Katie Lamboglia are more than just realtors. They are warm heated caring people. Who go far and beyond in what they do. We still keep in touch. I recommend them 200 precent if you need to see your home.

My husband and I started out our home search thinking that we wanted to get a little piece of land to build a house. We were tired of the HOAs and crowded suburbs. We sold our house of 26 years and spent every weekend running all over the place looking at properties and finally found a little house and land that we thought we might want to purchase and fix up. It was listed by a real estate company whose sign was out front so we called the number on the sign to see if someone would let us in the house. The company sent a realtor out who would turn out to be fabulous. Initially thinking that we didn't need a realtor turned out to be so WRONG!! Crystal guided us expertly, and we never once felt like she didn't put our best interest before her own. After a few disappointments, we made an offer on a home. She worked very hard to make sure we were treated fairly and that we were offering fair market prices for houses we considered. After a couple of seller issues, we found our little fixer-upper and we are so grateful to Crystal for all her hard work and professionalism. We're not done with Crystal!! We'll call her again and we recommend her highly to anyone looking for a realtor who puts you, the client, first!

Monica has gone above and beyond with selling my mother's home. She has put in a lot of hours and dealt with a very difficult buyer. I truly appreciate how she picked my mom who is 88 up and drove her to the lawyers office for closing since I was at work.
