Kristina was amazing. I accepted an offer for a role in Salt Lake City where I needed to start in office within 6 weeks-needless to say the entire process to get my house listed was a sprint! Kristina gave insight on what was necessary to make the home listing ready, contractors she recommended, and staging-even supplying furniture and light fixtures. Then, once listed she managed all logistics, provided regular updates on showings, feedback from potential buyers and kept me informed every step of the way. However, the most amazing asset was her attention to detail once an offer was accepted and working to ensure all final touches were confirmed and managed by an excellent GC, even when a pipe had to be replaced due to tree root damage. She made this sale happen and provided clarity on the market, clear communication and sound advice along the way.
