We had no intentions of moving to Tega Cay. Ashley knew we wanted to be in a golf community. She also knew we had been looking for over two years with NO luck. She gently suggested Tega Cay and it is perfect !
Working with Ashley was an excellent experience. She was consistently helpful, reliable, and proactive throughout the entire process. She handled every detail, checked in regularly to make sure I had what I needed, and followed up even after closing. Her encouragement came at the right moments, and her guidance helped keep everything on track. I always felt informed and supported, without any pressure. If you’re looking for an agent who is attentive, dedicated, and genuinely committed to their clients, I highly recommend Ashley!
