Yuri knows the market well and priced my home perfectly. He is easy to work with, honest and kind.

I highly recommend Yuri Kennedy. He is smart, honest, kind and a real professional. He hired a photographer who took beautiful pictures of my home. His team held multiple open houses. Yuri always responded quickly and was easy to communicate with. He took the initiative to get quotes for the repairs the buyers requested and helped me schedule the services. Most importantly, Yuri really knows the local market and his pricing strategy made the most sense to me. The marketing and pricing of my house worked because it sold in about 6 weeks even though I listed it outside of the prime real estate time.

We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to help us sell our home. Since we were out-of-town sellers and this was our first time selling a home, we really appreciated having someone we could completely rely on. From the very beginning, he patiently guided us through the entire process and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made us feel confident and comfortable with each decision. He was proactive about getting the home seen, scheduling plenty of showings and open houses, and keeping things moving even during quieter periods. What impressed us most was that his help didn’t stop when there was no activity on the property. He continued to keep an eye on the home, took care of things when needed, and made sure everything was in good shape even when we couldn’t be there ourselves. His responsiveness, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile gave us tremendous peace of mind. We always felt that our home was in good hands. We are truly grateful for all his help and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and dependable realtor—especially if you’re selling from out of town!
