We received orders to Beaufort and reached out to Robert based on a friend's recommendation. He exceeded every expectation from day one. At the time, we were living in Virginia and had only visited the Beaufort/Bluffton area a few times. We shared our priorities with Robert, and he immediately provided valuable insights, recommendations, and resources based on his extensive knowledge of the area. When it came time to tour homes, we had a very limited window to travel. Robert quickly scheduled showings for all the homes we wanted to see and was incredibly flexible with our schedule. After driving down and touring our initial selections, we realized that while they were nice homes, none of them felt quite right. Fortunately, Robert had another property in mind that had just come on the market that day. The moment we walked through the front door, we knew it was the one. Not only did it meet our expectations, but it exceeded them by including several features and amenities we had hoped for but didn't expect to find right away. We submitted an offer that afternoon and which was excepted within an hour. We were also comparing multiple mortgage lenders to find the best option. Robert recommended a local lender, and although we were initially hesitant because we were unfamiliar with the company, his recommendation proved invaluable. The lender not only beat every competing offer but also handled the process efficiently and professionally without the high pressure tactics we experienced elsewhere. Throughout the entire process, Robert was responsive, knowledgeable, and always quick to answer our questions. We are incredibly grateful for his guidance and expertise. We highly recommend Robert and his team to anyone looking to buy a home in the area, and have recommend them to our family.

Robert has a rare combination of substance and style. He provided us the "hard" technical proficiency regarding market knowledge, analytic details, home valuations and scenario planning. And, he possessed the "soft" skill set to ask the right questions, sincerely listen to our needs, discuss perspective, see the whole playing field and successfully negotiate through the process....from planning and listing to negotiation and acceptance which for us was about 2 weeks at a 99.1% offer price. I have been through 11 real estate transactions in my lifetime along with 7 company purchase acquisitions and what truly sets Robert apart is his attitude, energy and effort. My husband and I have purchased many homes over the years and have met a lot of realtors. Robert, by far, has been the best because of his promptness, non-pushy demeanor, and professionalism.
