Duke and Linda Delcher recently sold our home in Berkeley Hall. They were very good at marketing the home with top notch advertising and photography for the property. Their support staff at Charter One Realty was also very professional. When issues arose during the negotiations and closing, they were quick to respond. On the negative side, this is the first time, with the number of houses we have sold in various states, that the listing agent was not involved personally showing the house. I feel that the positive features of a home can only be high-lighted best by one that really knows the home, not an agent seeing it for the first time. I also feel that the listing agent should be present for the inspection. This again was the case in all our previous transactions. This could be the way things are now with a manic real estate market, but we didn't like that part at all. (Duke and Linda, if you want to use our review, feel free to leave the negative part out. It was just a little venting and a critic of the market, at least at Berkeley Hall). All the best. Lance and Sharon
