Marcia Hunter

I spoke with Marcia several times over the phone due to the fact that we lived in Massachusetts and had limited knowledge of the Bluffton Area which we knew we wanted to go. She listened to all my wants and needs since at this point I didn't want to settle on any of my wishes. Marcia helped our find Paradise and have not had any regrets.

Amazing energy and loves her profession. She made house hunting fun because she was always, and I mean always, totally prepared. Her advice on a variety of possibilities was priceless which led us to good decisions on numerous issues. In our many years of buying and selling our homes, Marcia was the best we ever had versus several other very good Agents. We always felt she had our best interests at heart and she worked harder and smarter than any we had experienced in almost fifty years.

Marcia was absolutely wonderful to work with right out of the gate. She worked with us while we were remote and locked in properties for us to see when we arrived in the Low Country. She extremely knowledgeable around the area's communities and builders. She helped us navigate a very tight market. She provided us sage advice all along the way. She learned our tastes and for the most part limited showing to only properties that met our criteria and tastes. If she was on the fringe of our guidance she would ask our opinion prior to committing time to a visit a property that perhaps might not be a good fit. She was tenacious when she needed to be and made sure we did not miss out on any opportunities in this very difficult market. We feel so lucky to have found Marcia and greatly enjoyed working with her. She dedicated an entire week to us while we were doing our house hunting. Could not have been more pleased.
