We were new to the area and did not know where to focus our searches. Courtney was phenomenal in helping us weigh the pros and cons of several neighborhoods, and ultimately we picked the one that has been perfect for us!

We were very pleased with our real estate agent! We purchased our home from California and she made us feel like we were here viewing the home and going through it. She kept on top of all of the items needed in order to close our house in a timely manner! She kept us abreast of the next steps all the way through the process.

We started to work with Courtney in 2019 and things were put on the back burner due to Covid in 2020. In 2021, we were able to purchase a bigger condo and had to sell our original condo.
