So very helpful & responsive

Lauren was amazing. So quickly to respond to questions and requests no matter what day of the week. She completed a very thorough market analysis to help us negotiate our offer and worked with us to quickly secure an inspector and work through the due diligence period. She was so helpful connecting us with the right people (mortgage brokers, title company, contractors, HOA, etc...) All the little things that we needed to help with a smooth transition for an move from out of state.

Excellent agent to have buying first home.

Agent was super knowledgeable about everything. As a first time home buyer I really had no idea about the process of buying. She answered every question I ever had. Lauren was great at even asking questions and making sure everything was correctly documented throughout the process and at closing. She made me super comfortable about buying and knew how to guide me to find what I wanted. Lauren was the perfect agent for this first time homebuyer and found me a beautiful home.

works fast and on what matters

Laura and her team will work fast and they know what moves house sales. I recommend her and her team if you are buying. I know I was not even close to the largest value property her team represented but she still showed the time needed on it to get it sold.

Shea offered helpful guidance every step of the way. Her keen attention allayed any anxiety I had.

What I appreciated the most about working with Shea is how she responded to all of my questions and concerns along the way. She kept me abreast of steps in the process updating me with instructions like, “Here’s what you need to do by Tuesday,” “Here’s what will happen after thus & thus happens.” And my favorite: “You don’t have any homework this weekend; relax and enjoy.” Shea’s kind attention and lovely nature made what could have been an experience of overwhelming unease into a joyous one.

Very professional and great communicator

We worked with Laura and Rebecca and I can’t image a better experience. After struggling to sell last year, we got new insight, better recommendations on strategy and certainly better communication. Sold quickly for very close to asking price. Highly recommend working with Blessed Life Group.
