I don't think you have to be a rocket scientist to understand or appreciate how volatile the real estate market has been in recent years. When you add a hot market like Austin to that scenario, you need good guidance and someone who will be honest and still help you sell at the right price. Shea followed me through my entire home buying and selling process in Austin. When I bought in 2019, I don't think any of us could have predicted the insanity of a pandemic skyrocketing prices the way they did - it felt like living in two different worlds from when I bought and sold, and each time Shea was able to navigate the experiences and pave a clear path for execution. She not only helped me find a new lender in the beginning who saved me a ton of money, but I called her my therapist by the end of it because it's such an emotional adventure buying a home in a place where everyone wants to live. When we sold the same house in the summer of 2022, we ran into all kinds of struggles and Shea was dealing with someone who really didn't know what they wanted or how to get to the other side of selling. I trust her immensely, and I always know she will do what's in my best interest. Shea and I are both in sales in different industries, but we are unique in that we don't subscribe to these archaic rules about what it means to be sales-y and make a buck. It's all about relationships and trust and traversing waters that you can rest assured will change. I cannot recommend her with anymore gusto - if I could give you 11/10 stars I would, Shea! I will close this long winded declaration by saying that because of Shea, I sold my house with an excellent profit and am now on the beach. I mean, if you're going to leave Austin, where else is there?
