She is quite easy to work with, highly professional, and clearly experienced. Given her in-depth knowledge of the Salt Lake real estate market, she gave us very useful advise for marketing our condo. She also provided us with invaluable assistance in arranging for some necessary home repairs. In large part because of her efforts, our condo generated a tremendous amount of interest and a contract was secured within only two days after coming on the market … and at a price that significantly exceeded our expectations!

The thing I most appreciate with Dustin is his great, awesome, and down-to-earth friend-like personality, and his availability and honesty. We had a situation where Dustin thought something got messed up on his end (it didn't), but he was honest with me about it. We later realized it wasn't actually a mistake at all. We talked with several agents over about one year as we grew close to putting our house on the market. When it came time, we choose Debbie. She is very genuine and made the process so easy. She knew what items needed to be touched up and what did not. She is easy to contact and quick to get back to you at anytime. She had our windows cleaned for us and our house had a lot of windows. She also gave us great contacts for painters, stagers, etc... all making the process smooth and quick. I joked at times and said Debbie is my phycologist/relator as I needed reassurance about selling our home during a Pandemic! But she did it, quick and painless.
