Jennifer is an amazing agent who handled all aspects of a complicated home sale efficiently and effectively. She is an excellent communicator with all parties involved, and she did extensive behind-the-scenes work to save a contract that would have otherwise fallen apart due to multiple mistakes by the buyer's mortgage company. She appreciated the historic nature of the house she sold for me in spite of its condition issues, and she marketed the historic aspects beautifully in a way that created great interest and resulted in multiple offers. Michelle is by far the most knowledgeable, versioned and hardest working Agent I have worked with. From the beginning she provided me with prompt, detailed and numerous options. She arranged many visits to properties and with her eye for detail, was able to counsel me on pros and cons for each property. When I chose the home I wanted, she worked tirelessly to ensure the VA loan got approved. Not just that, but she insisted that the roofs to both the garage and house be replaced at seller’s cost. There were times when she assisted the loan team and ensured everything was done. I can call my house a home with my family thanks to her efforts and impressive job as my realtor.
