We talked with several agents over about one year as we grew close to putting our house on the market. When it came time, we choose Debbie. She is very genuine and made the process so easy. She knew what items needed to be touched up and what did not. She is easy to contact and quick to get back to you at anytime. She had our windows cleaned for us and our house had a lot of windows. She also gave us great contacts for painters, stagers, etc... all making the process smooth and quick. I joked at times and said Debbie is my phycologist/relator as I needed reassurance about selling our home during a Pandemic! But she did it, quick and painless. I would highly recommend Debbie for any real-estate needs.

Monica was a dream to work with. I'm a first time home buyer so I was pretty nervous about the whole process. Monica really took the time to answer my questions, hear my concerns, and give me her honest feedback. Cherie was such a pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable about every aspect of looking for and purchasing a home. She was more than we could have asked for in a realtor. Cherie is kind and attentive to details. She provided us with numerous recommendations for inspectors, electricians, plumber, house cleaner, etc. Cherie made the home buying process easy and problem free. Her communication and organizational skllls were amazing. We would never go with another realtor in future buying or selling needs in Salt Lake. Highly recommend Cherie!! We initially contacted Cherie over a year and a half prior to our actually listing our house. She had recently sold another house in our neighborhood and we were interested in talking to her about selling our home. Since we were building a new home it was going to be at least 12 to 18 months before we would be ready to sell our current home. She was completely comfortable with our expected timeline and met with us at our home to explain the process to us as well as advise us on what maintenance would be helpful prior to selling our home. Over the next 18 months, she followed up with us on a regular basis to see how things were proceeding with our new home construction. When we finally moved into our new home, she arranged for the maintenance necessary to get our old home ready for sale as well as staging to make the home more attractive. Once the home was ready, it was listed and within a week we had multiple offers and the home was sold. The entire process was smooth and painless on our part as she handled all the details. It was truly a pleasure to work with a knowledgeable and personable professional, who alleviated all the stress associated with selling a home.
