Real estate teams in Travis County

After several successful transactions with The Petri Group, I was referred to Chris Petri to purchase my home in Circle C. Inventory was limited and homes were moving quickly, so having someone knowledgeable, responsive, and ready to act made all the difference. Chris was professional, approachable, and available throughout the process. He helped me research the surrounding neighborhoods and find the right fit for my family during a time of transition. When we found the right home, he moved quickly to prepare and submit my offer and negotiated well on my behalf. He also connected me with inspectors and trusted tradespeople as needed, making the process much easier to navigate. I’m grateful for his guidance and would happily recommend Chris to family and friends looking to buy or sell in Austin.

We were referred to Leah Petri by my brother-in-law, who had worked with her to purchase his home, and we’re so grateful for the introduction! As empty nesters, we were looking for a part-time home in Austin and found a wonderful lock-and-leave property in Rough Hollow in Lake Travis. We were blown away by the amenities and can already picture bringing our grandchildren out to enjoy the lazy river and a boat ride. Leah was patient, knowledgeable, easy to schedule with, and quick to understand our goals. She made the entire process feel easy, negotiated skillfully on our behalf, and looked out for our best interests every step of the way. She even connected us with Jenn Larson who will be helping us to furnish our new home. We will absolutely turn to Leah again when it’s time to sell and will happily recommend her to our friends. Clients for life!

We had a wonderful experience working with Leah Petri and the Petri Group on the sale of our parents’ estate in Westlake Hills. Leah brought fresh energy, creative ideas, a thoughtful marketing strategy, and clear pricing guidance that led to a quick sale with an outcome we were very pleased with. Jenn Larson did the heavy lifting on the make-ready work, staging, and design, coordinating trusted trades to get the property ready on an impressive timeline. The team handled every detail with professionalism and care, and we felt confident trusting their guidance throughout the process. The icing on the cake was a marketing video Leah created featuring our daughter and designer Lindsey Hanna. It caught the buyers’ attention, and Lindsey will now be working with them on the renovation—a wonderful full-circle moment for our family. We were impressed all around and highly recommend Leah and her team!

Jacquelyn and Daniel helped us to buy our luxury house on Lake Austin and then to sell it some 12+ years later. Because of age and illness, we did not have the ability to get our house ready for sale on our own. Jacquelyn and Daniel took it over and did everything needed to get the house ready for a quick sale. We left the state to move into our new home and they organized everything such as indoor painting, driveway repair, sidewalk cleaning , window washing, whole house cleaning and staging, publicity and all the paperwork required to sell a house these days. The house looked beautiful, and they advertised it for sale perfectly. So much so, that it sold in three days for the asking price. I don't think we need to say anything else. They are excellent agents and truly good, kind, friendly and trustworthy people.

If you are looking for real estate agents that simply “show houses,” Daniel and Jacqueline are not that. They are professionals who understand how to position, market, stage, and ultimately SELL a home — especially in a difficult market. Our home was in Rough Hollow, on a cul-de-sac, in a great location, but it was also seven years old and entering a market filled with uncertainty. Interest rates remain high, buyer hesitation is real, and there were significant headwinds. To make matters more challenging, at least five homes on our short street alone had sat on the market over the last three years for months at a time with little to no movement and, in some cases, no offers at all. From the very beginning, Daniel and Jacqueline asked us a simple but important question: “How badly do you want to sell your house?” What they meant was — are you willing to trust the process and follow professional advice? We did. They walked us through exactly what needed to be done to get the home show-ready. The list was thoughtful, strategic, and surprisingly manageable — no unnecessary projects or wasted money. Once we moved out and handed them the keys, they completely took over. They staged the house beautifully, highlighted its strengths, and positioned it perfectly for the market. Most importantly, they priced it exactly where it needed to be. The result? We received a full asking-price offer in just four days. That does not happen by accident in this market. Daniel and Jacqueline combine market intelligence, honesty, execution, and presentation at a level that is incredibly rare. They are calm under pressure, confident without being pushy, and absolutely relentless about outcomes for their clients. Anyone can list a house. Daniel and Jacqueline sell them.

Jacquelyn and Daniel were fantastic throughout the purchase of our new home. They were incredibly attentive, responsive, and proactive from start to finish. Anytime we had a question or concern, they were immediately on it. Our home was built about 10 years ago and has a specialty roof that qualified for a significant homeowners insurance discount, but the insurance company required documentation from the original builder in order to approve it. Jacquelyn and Daniel went above and beyond, navigating multiple hurdles to track down the necessary information and make sure we had everything we needed. Daniel’s background and expertise in home construction were especially valuable. He was able to take complex inspection findings and repair terminology and explain them in a way that was easy to understand, helping us process both the issue itself and the potential impact. What stood out most to me, though, was their communication style and responsiveness. They kept everything moving without ever making us feel pressured. We always felt informed, supported, and confident that nothing was slipping through the cracks. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone buying a home.

I had the pleasure of working with Larson for my first home purchase in the Bouldin area of Austin. Larson developed a strong understanding of what I was looking for, my non-negotiables and dealbreakers, and helped guide a successful home search. Larson was attentive, responsive, flexible, quick-working and has a strong network within the greater Austin area that made inspections and other information-gathering seamless. I have the pleasure of knowing Larson personally, but I was thoroughly impressed by her skill and talent as a residential realtor. She made the process smooth and quick compared to my expectations. I would recommend Larson to anyone looking to purchase or rent in Austin!

Trey has expert knowledge of the Austonian and he worked hard to protect our interests in making an informed offer for the property. In this particular case, he was instrumental in getting us protected for future work required in the building. I would strongly recommend Trey anytime someone is looking for an Agent that will look out for you. One example of his professionalism that impressed me was the fact that he pushed a unit listed by a competing agent over his own listing.

From the start, Elsa has been a rockstar. She was always available for questions and managed all issues quickly and efficiently. I can’t say enough about the solid care you will get with Elsa and her team. She was on top of any issues, aware of contract discrepancies and made sure we closed on time. Will only use her and her team in the future.

The team did a great job of marketing the property and getting it sold. Jaymes and Rachel were both very personable and helpful!

I had a fantastic experience working with this team. They were always quick to respond, patient with my many questions, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Buying a home can feel overwhelming, but they made everything easy to understand and guided me through each step with professionalism and care. I'm so grateful for their support and would gladly recommend them to friends and family.

We needed to move for a job change much sooner than we'd expected. I interviewed several agents and decided on Jaymes and his team. They were fantastic. Jaymes' advice was always spot on, from pricing, to the market, to the timing, in home prep, and in the negotiations. We cannot recommend Jaymes and his team more highly!

Lauren was amazing. So quickly to respond to questions and requests no matter what day of the week. She completed a very thorough market analysis to help us negotiate our offer and worked with us to quickly secure an inspector and work through the due diligence period. She was so helpful connecting us with the right people (mortgage brokers, title company, contractors, HOA, etc...) All the little things that we needed to help with a smooth transition for an move from out of state.

Laura and her team will work fast and they know what moves house sales. I recommend her and her team if you are buying. I know I was not even close to the largest value property her team represented but she still showed the time needed on it to get it sold.

What I appreciated the most about working with Shea is how she responded to all of my questions and concerns along the way. She kept me abreast of steps in the process updating me with instructions like, “Here’s what you need to do by Tuesday,” “Here’s what will happen after thus & thus happens.” And my favorite: “You don’t have any homework this weekend; relax and enjoy.” Shea’s kind attention and lovely nature made what could have been an experience of overwhelming unease into a joyous one.

We can’t say enough good things about Jamie Novak and team for selling my mom’s house. From the first conversation to closing day, they were incredibly responsive. Calls, texts, and emails were answered quickly, and we never felt out of the loop. Since we weren’t living in town, we had to rely on Jamie and the team to be our eyes and ears, and they handled everything: coordinating access, overseeing repairs and showings, and keeping us updated every step of the way. Their team approach meant someone was always there to help, and they were flexible with our schedules and the unexpected things that came up. Selling a parent’s home is emotional and stressful, and they gave us thoughtful, honest advice that helped us make good decisions with confidence. They were patient with all our questions and never made us feel rushed. Their knowledge of the local market, their pricing and negotiating skills, and their real care for our family made a hard process so much easier. We would recommend Jamie and her team to anyone without hesitation, and we’re so grateful for everything they did for us.

We had an exceptional experience working with our realtor, Jamie Novak, while purchasing our new home in Austin, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire process. From the very beginning, she never made us feel rushed or pressured, and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. She genuinely wanted us to explore our options, and find the home that was truly right for us. She also consistently kept resale value in mind, which we really appreciated. She wasn’t just focused on helping us buy a house — she was thinking about the long-term value of the investment and making sure we were making a smart decision. She was also an excellent negotiator. She handled our requests with confidence and professionalism and did an incredible job navigating conversations with the seller. She knew how to communicate what was important to us while maintaining a great relationship throughout the process. And beyond her knowledge of the market and professionalism, her energy and enthusiasm was inspiring. She was positive, approachable, and very responsive, and made what can be a stressful experience feel exciting and enjoyable. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home. She truly went above and beyond, and we feel very fortunate to have had her by our side.

Jamie and her team always go above & beyond, this is our 4th house purchase within our family that Jamie has helped us with. Jamie makes the process as simple as possible, clearly walking us through every step. Her knowledge of the market is amazing. We recommend Jamie to everyone!!

Great Service as always!
