The planning and work that went into getting ready for market brought out a number of buyers on day one. Leah handled the deal quickly and efficiently, negotiating a lease back that allowed us to finish the school year and move on our timeline. It was an excellent transaction.

Lauren has been a wonderful partner. We relocated from out of state, and she was great about scouting ahead so that we could target our limited time in town. Communications did not seem as smooth as p[ossible. Perhaps my fault but I would consider a secure documents website a nice addition. Also I would consider noting how each client wishes to communicate, either text or e-mail or phone calls and then have all agents conform to that. We believe that most of the delays and surprises were related to buyer requests.
