Jamie Novak Group

I was born in Texas but raised in the military. I understand the challenges of relocation and work diligently to make it a smooth process for all parties. I moved to Austin in 1986 to attend the University of Texas and have called Austin and the surrounding area home ever since. Having been a long-time resident of Austin, I’m very familiar with the city and surrounding areas. Studying the market and understanding the potential impact to my clients is a passion. I bring over 30 years of marketing, finance, complex negotiations and business development experience to my clients having spent most of my career as a leader with Dell Technologies – Austin’s premier High-tech company and now as a member of the distinguished Brokerage of Moreland Properties. In an effort to better serve our clients, the Jamie Novak Group was established in 2021 adding two full time agents and a Director of Operations to the team. We represent clients ranging from first-time homebuyers to the highest-end luxury property sales and everything in between.

Chad joined the Jamie Novak Group of Moreland Properties in 2022 following a twenty year career in the restaurant industry where he was responsible for the design, build out and procurement of equipment for national restaurant chains. His experience in commercial construction and project management enabled him to make a seamless transition into real estate where he now runs operations for the Jamie Novak Group. He’s the wizard behind the curtain ensuring our clients receive concierge-level service and that each transaction runs smoothly with no detail missed. When he’s not working he enjoys skiing, fly fishing, working out and watching his beloved Dallas Cowboys and Houston Astros. With his wife being a Broncos fan, they live in a house-divided! He and Jamie live in Lakeway with their three very spoiled rescue pups.
