If you are looking for real estate agents that simply “show houses,” Daniel and Jacqueline are not that. Communications did not seem as smooth as p[ossible. Perhaps my fault but I would consider a secure documents website a nice addition. Also I would consider noting how each client wishes to communicate, either text or e-mail or phone calls and then have all agents conform to that. We believe that most of the delays and surprises were related to buyer requests.

As out of state buyers, we were completely overwhelmed, but Kapri made the entire process so easy and stress-free.
