Real estate teams in New Mexico

I couldn't have had a better experience buying a home. De Anne was my advocate throughout the entire process, both before and after the purchase. She made the perfect recommendation for the offer so that I stood the best chance with the seller. She helped me with all the inspections and gathering the right contractors. She contacted me regularly and was always available for assistance, recommendations, and questions. I had a partner in this process with De Anne and I can't recommend her any higher.

To say that Deanne went above and beyond her duties as my agent would be an under statement. I was given written lists of of dates, names and activities of everything that was to take place. Thorough explanation was given to me and Deanne kept in constant contact with me just about every day. Selling ones home and moving can be a very stressful time but because Deanne always kept in constant contact and being there when the house was shown I felt little stress. Deanne went beyond the call of duty when I broke my wrist the day I received the offer on my home. She came with food, a brace for my wrist and called constantly to make sure I had everything I needed. She helped me get to the garage to get my car fixed. And kept in touch with my agent in Oregon when I bought my home in Oregon to make sure everthing was going smoothly. I ran out of boxes and Deannes husband picked up boxes for me, twice. The night before I left for my new home Deanne came over with gifts and snacks for the trip including yogurt for the next morning. What agent does these thing from the bottom of her heart. My Angel in disguise DE ANNE OTTAWAY!

De Anne Ottaway is the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Her knowledge of the market and social media skills are second to none. De Anne is a powerhouse. She has a positive attitude, incredible energy and integrity and is always available to help. I had a very short window of time to get my home ready to sell and De Anne helped me every step of the way. First, she had an inspection of my property done immediately so we could address any unknown issues that might arise during escrow. Next, she put me in touch with the very best trades people for landscaping, carpentry, and interior finish work. De Anne was much more than an agent, she partnered with me to get everything accomplished with attention to detail and on a deadline. The result exceeded all of my expectations - an all cash offer, far above listing price and no contingencies! It was a wonderful experience working with her, she is the best!
