Our home was in Rough Hollow, on a cul-de-sac, in a great location, but it was also seven years old and entering a market filled with uncertainty. Interest rates remain high, buyer hesitation is real, and there were significant headwinds. To make matters more challenging, at least five homes on our short street alone had sat on the market over the last three years for months at a time with little to no movement and, in some cases, no offers at all. From the very beginning, Daniel and Jacqueline asked us a simple but important question: “How badly do you want to sell your house?” What they meant was — are you willing to trust the process and follow professional advice? We did. They walked us through exactly what needed to be done to get the home show-ready. The list was thoughtful, strategic, and surprisingly manageable — no unnecessary projects or wasted money. Once we moved out and handed them the keys, they completely took over. They staged the house beautifully, highlighted its strengths, and positioned it perfectly for the market. Jacquelyn and Daniel were fantastic throughout the purchase of our new home. They were incredibly attentive, responsive, and proactive from start to finish. Anytime we had a question or concern, they were immediately on it. Our home was built about 10 years ago and has a specialty roof that qualified for a significant homeowners insurance discount, but the insurance company required documentation from the original builder in order to approve it. Jacquelyn and Daniel went above and beyond, navigating multiple hurdles to track down the necessary information and make sure we had everything we needed. Daniel’s background and expertise in home construction were especially valuable. He was able to take complex inspection findings and repair terminology and explain them in a way that was easy to understand, helping us process both the issue itself and the potential impact. What stood out most to me, though, was their communication style and responsiveness. They kept everything moving without ever making us feel pressured. We always felt informed, supported, and confident that nothing was slipping through the cracks. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone buying a home.
Communications did not seem as smooth as p[ossible. Perhaps my fault but I would consider a secure documents website a nice addition. Also I would consider noting how each client wishes to communicate, either text or e-mail or phone calls and then have all agents conform to that. We believe that most of the delays and surprises were related to buyer requests.

We are so thankful to have worked with Daniel & Jacqueline to sell our home in Rough Hollow! They are true experts on Lakeway, which was what originally drew us to them. They were wonderful to work with — responsive, great communicators, and very detail- and process-oriented. Following their pricing and process recommendations is what allowed us to sell in just 4 days (before our open house!), while other homes on our street have sat on the market for months. They were also a huge help in getting ready to list. They had a network of vetted vendors for all the things we needed done and even helped coordinate schedules, which took so much off our plate. We are incredibly grateful and would recommend them to anyone!
