Grace was incredible as a realtor. Finding someone who can navigate the VA Loan process, as well as working around a difficult and unpredictable schedule was truly a blessing. When it came time to sell, Grace told us to just worry about moving out and she would take care of the move out clean/changes needed to prep the house for sale. She was not kidding! Every aspect of the entire process, both buying and selling, she walked us through it all, making it such a simple process. I was a first time homeowner, and she made sure to help us out even between the buying and selling, when we were living in the area. Sean was great! I currently live out of state and was looking for a home to buy near my mom. Sean drove from Austin to Temple numerous times to checkout the house, sending pictures and videos and even meeting with my mom to go through the house.
