This was our first time buying a home and using a VA loan, and Roberta was with us every step of the way! She was an incredible resource for us as we were completely new to Salado. Roberta had her work cut out with us it took five tries to finally get into a house. We went under contract then hit problems from roof and floor issues with sellers not willing to work with us to one that never went to probate so couldn’t be sold after we went under contract to hard to deal with realtors.
