He is my third realtor and I am satisfied with James. He got us exactly what we wanted. No pressuring us into getting something we weren’t comfortable with. Do I highly recommend him to everyone that wants to buy or move? Yes! He is an amazing person in and out.

We worked with Louis and Angelica and will definitely recommend them in the future. Communication was great at every step. Louis came to the house spoke with my husband and I. We wanted to do some renovations before the house went on the market. so he gave us a price he thought we should sell for. To be honest we thought he was crazy. We though he over priced the house. He definitely proved us wrong!!! Angelica gave us some contacts (actually several) incase we didn't know anyone. Things got a little behind but she still called and made sure we were okay and if we needed anything. Pictures turned out fantastic! The house was on the market within 2 days I think after the pictures were done. We had an offer the first day. All paperwork was fast and easy to sign. No running around town for this and that. Closing time was quick and simple. Angelica had everything set up and ready to go. We absolutely tell everyone that is looking to sell or buy our experience with the Ryan Smith team and if we are ever in the market for buying/selling again I know who to contact. P.S we sold for over asking price!

I had the best agent ever !! He is very polite, smart, and always willing to help. When you send him a question or concern he is on it , does not waste your time.- very responsive.. Buying a home is a big deal, and Having Jeremy as our agent was the best decision made! He does not rush you or push you to make a quick decision, he is very easy to talk to and ask questions. On time to all of the showings. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy.
