Once on the market we got weekly updates and she kept us calm in the stress of trying to sell a house. When we got offers she walked us through the options and helped us get the contract set. Shana made the experience of buying a home so easy. I was nervous going into it because there so much to consider when purchasing a home, but she broke all the information down for me and did all the coordination with inspectors, appraisers, title, and sellers. She listened to all of my concerns and things I wanted in a home and location. She refined the lists for the homes that best fit me so it wasn't so overwhelming.
