Helen did a great job for us!! She helped us every step of the process. She helped us get the house ready to be on the market- all the tips on how to make the house look its best possible for a quick sale. Once on the market we got weekly updates and she kept us calm in the stress of trying to sell a house. When we got offers she walked us through the options and helped us get the contract set. When the contract was pending, she kept us in the loop on everything that was happening. Overall, Helen did a great job in getting the house sold fast and for a good price. Highly recommend using Helen. I would use her again!
