We worked with Deb to sell our unique 10-acre homestead. She was super thorough and it was clear her time in the industry really resulted in some deep wisdom. She helped us navigate the process smoothly and really showed up strong during negotiations. She's a straight shooting Texan I recommend if you are looking to sell or buy a home.

My experience with Deb has been nothing short of absolutely amazing. Prior to her, we had little to no interest in the home for 2 years. From start to finish it was less than 6 months when she came on. She went out her way to assist with other contractors as I was out of town for work. She always kept me very well informed on all aspects. Was always very proactive when situations arose. Not to mention meeting her sweet fur baby was just the icing on the cake! I can’t wait to work with her again! Thank you Deb!!!

Deb helped me go from listing the property Feb 1 receiving an offer shortly after, to closing May 15th despite immense complexities with the transaction! The property was 10 acres with solar and 2 houses lots of gardens a pecan orchard, fruit trees, etc it was a strange listing but she did an excellent job conveying its value and understanding unique homestead / ranch style properties. For one, I was not there to help with anything, physically, as I was already living out of state. She managed and oversaw helping to get the property ready to list, marketing assets ready to roll the month prior to it going on the MLS, meeting with the buyer, making sure the home inspection / appraiser / etc all of those steps were carried through. I mean really the list is endless - she went above and beyond to help us get this deal done! She was always fast to respond if I reached out first but usually she was the one helping to push me to reply quickly and get done what needed to be taken care of! She did a great job negotiating when we had some unexpected things pop up in the option period and quickly resolved those with a buyer to find a good solution that worked for everyone. I feel incredibly blessed that Deb was my agent and I would strongly recommend her to anyone looking for an expert in the industry!

very smart. did not fall down on her job at all. she is who she says she is works hard for your protection we had her as our selling agent and our buying agent she fought for us tooth and nail

I got into the home buying process with very little knowledge. Mary Ellen was very patient with explaining each step of the process. From home searching to signing, I learned everything I needed to know (plus much more) to help me I will always recommend her in the future. Thank you for helping me purchase my 1st home! 10/10 would recommend for anyone with no experience or even with experience. Very smooth process with no major issues!

Zia has helped us in both buying and selling our home(s). She has good ideas and is creative in solving any issue that arises. She explains her recommendations and listens to owner concerns. I recommend her highly.

Our relationship with Zia spans two decades and includes homes bought and sold (and almost bought and sold...). When we made the decision to move back to Bastrop, there was no doubt about what agent we would use. Buying a home in this market is hard and finding someone you trust both personally and with the business process of it is hard. To say we love our house would be an understatement; we never would have found it and navigated the tricky process of appraisals, limited inventory for what we wanted, and negotiations without Zia. We've bought and sold homes before and at this stage in our life have a checklist that is more complex than just wanting a certain number of bedrooms and kitchen cabinet color. Zia works to understand her clients' lifestyles and how that translates into a home. (And isn't afraid to tell you when a home doesn't match that no matter how much you might want it to.) Zia knows the market, knows the community, and understands the business. We worked with Zia over the course of several months while trying to coordinate an out of state move and ultimately bought a home "sight unseen" because of how much we trusted that she understood our home and financial goals. We cannot say enough about how much we value this relationship (both professionally and personally) and would recommend Zia without reservation to anyone looking to a buy or sell a home in Bastrop.

At 60 yrs old my made the move to buy my very first home. Zia was recommended by family and let me tell you I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Zia showed me houses on several different occasions, was very patient with all my questions about the process and taught me so much. I am deeply indebted to Zia and all her knowledge and helpfulness.

She's great with communication! We sold and bought a home in Bastrop with Bre. I recommend her to all of my friends. She negotiated and fought for us every step of the way.
