I was seeking help with a medicaid problem. I could not find an answer to my dilemma so I dumped it in Randy's lap. Randy set to work. He got in touch with the right people and received the answer to my questions. His efforts paid off and I was able to solve that problem and move along. He brought the same dogged determination to the job of selling my house. From small things like showing up with banana boxes and helping me haul off garbage to the larger efforts at educating me on all the little details of selling a house without losing my mind, he was superb. Needless to say I wouldn't want to go through it all again, but if I did I would wan Randy at the helm. Randy has that rare knack of explaining miserable details to a customer and leaving the customer elated. He was born for the job of moving houses and nobody does it better.

Nancy Caldera went beyond a realtor duties selling our loved ones home. She helped my sister-in-law buy this home for her family and then sell the home years later when my sister-in-law passed away. Nancy had an obstacle to conquer when the Government shut down. Her determination on trying get in touch with someone at USDA and sending letters to the Texas Senator. Nancy stayed on top of everything and keeping us the sellers informed on everything going one. She achieved selling the home after so many hurdles. We really appreciate Nancy for all her hard work, determination. Thank you Again Nancy, The Orosco Family

We can’t recommend our realtor highly enough. In what has been a notably slow housing market, he managed to get our house sold within a month of listing, and at full asking price. That result alone speaks volumes about his expertise, but what truly set him apart was how they handled every aspect of the process. Strategic Market Timing & Knowledge: Originally, we anticipated listing our home in the typical early spring timeframe. However, our realtor suggested listing between Thanksgiving and Christmas, a period we would never have considered on our own. He explained the strategic advantage of listing during that window, even in a slower market. We trusted his judgment, and he was absolutely right- our home sold. His insight into buyer behavior and seasonal trends clearly made a significant difference. Communication Style: From day one, communication was clear, consistent, and proactive. We received detailed weekly updates without ever having to ask. When my husband mentioned he struggled with the emailed video updates, Chris immediately adapted and began sending information in alternative formats that worked better for us. That flexibility and responsiveness made us feel genuinely heard and supported throughout the entire process. Negotiation Skills: Securing full asking price in this climate demonstrates strong negotiation skills. He advocated for us confidently and professionally, ensuring we achieved the best possible outcome without unnecessary stress. Professionalism: Throughout the experience, he was organized, friendly, and highly professional. He struck the perfect balance between being personable and results-driven, which made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. If you’re looking for a realtor who combines strategic market expertise, excellent communication, skilled negotiation, and true professionalism, we would wholeheartedly recommend Chris.
