Nancy Caldera went beyond a realtor duties selling our loved ones home. She helped my sister-in-law buy this home for her family and then sell the home years later when my sister-in-law passed away. Nancy had an obstacle to conquer when the Government shut down. Her determination on trying get in touch with someone at USDA and sending letters to the Texas Senator. Nancy stayed on top of everything and keeping us the sellers informed on everything going one. She achieved selling the home after so many hurdles.
