Very communicative, easy to work with. Did everything necessary to make this sell work

I recently closed on my new home and I cannot say enough good things about Kourtni. From the very beginning, she guided me through the entire process with clear communication and expert advice — always responding quickly and explaining everything. She and her team made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and positive. Thank you again!

I needed a new place to live and wasn't sure if I could actually afford to buy a house. Kourtni blazed a path, showed me the options, lined me up with a loan officer and Presto, I'm in a new house! It was amazingly easy to work with her and I very much appreciate the council she provided at each of the steps required to arrive in my new house. Very smooth!

Heather was such a pleasure to work with. Heather & her team were involved in all correspondence throughout the buying process. I was kept up to date & advised on everything from inspections to utility services & setup.

Dealing with a professional like Heather makes the buying process of a home, a much easier transition. Every home we looked at she was prepared with information that was important in our decision-making. She had a good feel for the Homes we liked and coincidentally the home we picked before we walked in it she said, “I have a good feeling about this one” and it turned out she was right. I think it’s important to read your client and answer their questions and she checked all those boxes. Thank you, Heather.

Heather recently helped me navigate the sale of my grandmother's home in Marble Falls. We had competing cash offers on 10.10, above ask and closed the sale on 10.31. It was a whirlwind three weeks and we couldn't have done it without her guidance. She was fantastic to work with!!

Jim and I recently worked with Justin Jette from Moreland Properties to sell our home in Double Horn and we could not be happier with the experience. From our very first meeting Justin's knowledge and professionalism was evident. We were truly impressed with the outstanding communication skills as he kept us informed at every step of the process and responded promptly to all our questions, even on weekend. Justin's savvy negotiating skills helped us secure a great offer, and he truly had our best interest at heart throughout the entire transaction. We wholeheartedly recommend Justin Jette to anyone looking to buy or sell their property. His dedication, expertise, and personalized approach made all the difference.

Justin did a great job on all aspects of my home sale. He kept me informed and handled the required replat for me.

Any question we had about the selling/buying process, she had the answer to. She would always recommend different things we could do to make it a quicker and easier process, while trying to sell and when to make adjustments with price.

Jamie is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the market. She makes you feel very welcomed and easy to work with. Laid back, can ask her all the questions, no question is a dumb one. Had helped our family make the biggest move! Thank you Jamie!
