What I appreciated the most about working with Shea is how she responded to all of my questions and concerns along the way. Communications did not seem as smooth as p[ossible. Perhaps my fault but I would consider a secure documents website a nice addition. Also I would consider noting how each client wishes to communicate, either text or e-mail or phone calls and then have all agents conform to that. We believe that most of the delays and surprises were related to buyer requests.
