Barbara assisted us in looking for properties in and around The Villages and performed all of the leg work to identify and find homes that met our requirements. We are from out of town and were able to view several properties over a long weekend visit in order to make a decision on a purchase. Barbara was invaluable in assisting us with the closing process and inspecting potential homes for us to acquire while we were out of town This included but is not limited to, coordinating purchasing of homeowners policy, overseeing property inspection, assisting with required repairs and performing final walk through of the home. We could not have accomplished this without her excellent service. Her firm will also be managing our property as well.
