I needed to sell an RV and lot at Tree Lakes Park in Palmetto. Before engaging Kathryn I would have been happy to get $55,000-$60,000 for both. She had a professional photographer come and take 31 pictures. They were really really good and made my RV and lot look like a five star resort. She then created a posting at all the mls.com listing websites. She also employed several other professional marketing techniques. Anytime I wanted to talk with Kathryn I could text or call her and she was right there and very responsive. I found Kathryn to be very experienced and knowledgeable with the industry. She brought me $75,000 for the lot and RV and I couldn’t be happier. I am very, very happy with the help I got from Kathryn and would give her the strongest recommendation to anyone seeking help selling real estate.

Kathryn was excellent from the beginning. We were sellers from out of town, so the process is never as easy as when you are there. Kathryn made the entire experience so easy. She is an excellent communicator, very insightful in the industry, evaluated our home and priced it accordingly to ensure a timely sale, but the best possible value for us as well.
