We marketed our home almost a full year before having to remove it from the market. 2025 was a terrible year in our area and our agent did her best to get it done but it came time to make a change. We met with Henry and he shared his marketing strategy with us and we felt compelled to hire him. From day one Henry plastered our home all over the country, we finally had some want to buy our home. As soon as we were in escrow Henry and his team kept us in the loop and when things needed done he was on it. I felt his resources to fix things or update things were endless. Henry was on vacation with his family in Europe and it was close to our closing. Mike worked to attain unique financing options for the purchase of my house and then worked with the buyer of my former house to again facilitate unique options to help me with the sale. He kept us both informed on the status of the sale, financing, etc... The sale took a bit longer than expected but he did not rush the sale since I wanted that buyer in the house. He knew the market, financing options and was not pressuring either of us to complete the sale before the buyer was ready. I would use Mike again.
