He did a great job listening to what we wanted and when that changed, he was more then willing and capable to pivot and point us in the right direction. He was quick to respond and made the time to look at houses even on short notice. When things got stressful he would lighten the mood with a joke and a positive outlook. We had a hard schedule to work with and Mike was willing to go above and beyond to work with our timelines. I would highly recommend Mike and his team! Mike was fantastic! He's very knowledgeable in the real-estate market. Mike also has a background in general contract work which further helped us locate issues as well as desirable features in the homes we toured. He really listened to our wants and needs and helped us find a house that fits our lifestyle. We marketed our home almost a full year before having to remove it from the market. 2025 was a terrible year in our area and our agent did her best to get it done but it came time to make a change. We met with Henry and he shared his marketing strategy with us and we felt compelled to hire him. From day one Henry plastered our home all over the country, we finally had some want to buy our home. As soon as we were in escrow Henry and his team kept us in the loop and when things needed done he was on it. I felt his resources to fix things or update things were endless. Henry was on vacation with his family in Europe and it was close to our closing. Our contact never stopped he was with us every step of the way, sure we had some time differences but he was there for us. His team member Emily was pretty amazing too. What a great lady. Mike worked to attain unique financing options for the purchase of my house and then worked with the buyer of my former house to again facilitate unique options to help me with the sale. He kept us both informed on the status of the sale, financing, etc... The sale took a bit longer than expected but he did not rush the sale since I wanted that buyer in the house. He knew the market, financing options and was not pressuring either of us to complete the sale before the buyer was ready. I would use Mike again.

Henry made the process feel organized and efficient from start to finish. We closed in about 30 days, and he stayed on top of everything the entire time with reminders, scheduling inspections, coordinating contractors, and helping keep everything moving smoothly. He gave great insight throughout the process, advocated for us when needed, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right house.
