Henry dispalyed impressive knowledge of the real estate business in general and the Black Hills market in particular. He has an assertive and proactive, yet diplomatic personal style, a ready-to-use network of relevant support businesses, and very impressive business sense. His personal customer service was excellent. As with most home sales, we ran into some snags along the way. Specifically we had a radon problem, some buyer financing glitches, and a home damage issue that arose at the last minute. Henry has a network of troubleshooters that he put into gear immediately, and solved our problems very quickly with minimum fuss at reasonable prices. I never had to wait more than a minute or two for Henry to respond to a text or phone call. All buyers and sellers would benfit from Henry's impressive array of talents, but those selling or buying homes on the high end of the price spectrum, where transactions tend to be more complicated, would especially benefit from his expertise, assertiveness, network of contacts, and superb business sense. We enthusiastically recommend Henry without reservation.
