Mike was very timely with sharing new listings which led to my ability to buy my new home. He shared it with me the day it was listed and showed it to me the following day. We made an offer that day, and they had already received another offer. Our offer won out, but if he hadn’t shared and showed it so quickly, it would’ve been a missed opportunity. Mike is also very knowledgeable about home builds and points out any deficiencies that he sees. It was a great experience working with Mike!

Mike was excellent to work with in the journey to obtaining our home! He did a great job listening to what we wanted and when that changed, he was more then willing and capable to pivot and point us in the right direction. He was quick to respond and made the time to look at houses even on short notice. When things got stressful he would lighten the mood with a joke and a positive outlook. We had a hard schedule to work with and Mike was willing to go above and beyond to work with our timelines. I would highly recommend Mike and his team! He really listened to our wants and needs and helped us find a house that fits our lifestyle. Mike worked to attain unique financing options for the purchase of my house and then worked with the buyer of my former house to again facilitate unique options to help me with the sale. He kept us both informed on the status of the sale, financing, etc... The sale took a bit longer than expected but he did not rush the sale since I wanted that buyer in the house. He knew the market, financing options and was not pressuring either of us to complete the sale before the buyer was ready. I would use Mike again.

Additionally, Michael was super flexible in his tour times. My husband and I work opposite shifts so the overlap in times available to tour are few. Michael was willing to work around our schedules, even being willing to show us the same house but at different times. When it came to paperwork and legalities, Michael always double checked our level of understanding to be certain that we understood what each step in the house hunting process meant. Overall, having Michael as our realtor felt not like having a salesman by our side but a knowledgeable uncle who truly cared about us.

As a first time homebuyer, it was intimidating to say the least to enter a somewhat difficult housing market. Michael made the entire experience seamless and stress free. His availability was remarkable; He worked around our schedule to get tours set up, answered texts and emails promptly and professionally, and gave us tips for things to look for or be concerned about on various properties. Once we decided to buy a house, Michael offered several points of advice on how to approach potential challenges down the road. Overall, Michael was exceptionally responsive, kind, knowledgeable, and flexible throughout the entire process which made this first time home buying experience a breeze.
