I was living in SC wanting to move back to SD and was fortunate to find Henry. He took the time to get to know what I was looking for and the timeline in which I wanted to move. I was able to fly out for a weekend (with my mother!) and we toured 7 homes around the Rapid City area. He was knowledgeable of the different areas and what they could offer me if I chose to live there. Henry was very patient and did not put any pressure on me. With this being the second home I've purchased, and he was able to explain everything in a way I understood without all the "realtor jargon." Henry communicated in a timely manner and kept me informed throughout the whole process. When I found a home, thankfully he was able to offer a solution for a dilemma which could have prevented me from securing the home I wanted. Henry also linked me up with a financial lending group which was very efficient and we were all in constant communication. I would highly recommend Henry to anyone wanting to purchase or sell a home in Rapid City or its surrounding locations. *****
