Henry called me back nearly right away, was at least in touch the same day in some way. He would get videos for me the same day as my interests. He kept me well informed on the market and his team made the process easy. We would have liked more livability information to see if we were compatible with the home choices available and guidance as we were new to the area from another state. Mike was very timely with sharing new listings which led to my ability to buy my new home. He shared it with me the day it was listed and showed it to me the following day. We made an offer that day, and they had already received another offer. Our offer won out, but if he hadn’t shared and showed it so quickly, it would’ve been a missed opportunity.
