I was an absentee owner living 2000 miles away. Megan understood the challenge of selling a fully furnished, vacant home (and ranch) with the owner not able to be of any assistance. She kept me informed throughout the process. She also handled all of the repairs, marketing and, vacating of the home. Bottom line, she was a gift from God as we struggled through a challenging time. I have been in the real estate business for 40 years and this was handled as well as any transaction I have had. I could not recommend her more strongly.

Megan is very easy to work with and coordinate with. She has your best interest in mind and will be honest with anything she sees from her perspective. Always responsive and was able to get things scheduled very quickly for us.
