When it came time to put in offers, Roy wasn't scared to ask the sellers realtor anything about the properties and dispute anything on our behalf. I never once got the impression from Roy that a request or question to the sellers was asking too much. Roy put in the tough work for us multiple times throughout the process. Roy recommended CMG finanacial were we met Josh and Kelsey who were a dream team. No matter what time of day we also got fast responses from both of them. I feel with Josh, Kelsey and Roy we got the proper guidance setting my family up for a successful future.
