Very helpful and attentive to all my requests. I know he worked hard to get my house sold.

Always has the answer to any question and was constantly working behind the scenes to make sure everything was smooth as can be for me.

Ashley was always on top of everything regarding the sale of my house. She did a great job marketing it. Had Open Houses and kept me appraised of everything she was doing before and during the sale. Ashley is very professional in her approach to all things. Including her activities within the community. Thank you, Ashley, Great job.

Ashley Handcock is a terrific agent to have in your corner helping with your real estate needs. She is a go-getter and always prepared each day. Ashley showed us several different properties in our search for a new home. My family and I were moving from the West Coast and had very little knowledge of Rapid City and the surrounding area. She was very knowledgeable about South Dakota and gave us a bit of history regarding the state and the areas we were looking at. We finally chose our new home. She fought for our needs and goals. It did not stop there. Even after the sale and closing, she still checked in with us and helped us with other questions and needs that came up. Most other agents would just move on to the next client, but she will always work for you even after everything is said and done. Ashley will always be our real estate agent if we ever need to sell or purchase again. Thank you, Ashley Handcock, for what you do. The pleasure was ours!

Ashely went above and beyond our expectations to get our home sold. We moved out of state prior to the sale, but she took control of everything back in Rapid City and left us with no worries. She's incredibly proactive and was a knowledgeable advocate for us. Needless to say, we're incredibly grateful for Ashely!

Emily is more than just a real estate agent. She truly truly cares about people and will walk alongside you the entire way. We encountered several big obstacles and Emily was always 3 steps ahead ensuring that we didn't have to worry or try to do it ourselves. She has great communication skills and a vast knowledge of real estate workings. We will always recommend her.

Emily was fantastic to work with. We had all sorts of hiccups and issues that kept coming up with the closing or property questions. Most times when I asked a question about documents, paperwork or solving the problem Emily was already ahead of me with an answer or had put in requests to obtain answers. She was a great sounding board with lots of knowledge and experience as well as resources from other professionals. It was a long process to get closed on our house hut she fought for us every step of the way and couldn't be happier with the result of our home.

Emily worked so well with us in finding a great vacation home in the Black Hills/Lead area. She was quick to answer questions, provided insight and details and understood our aim. We spent one beautiful snowy day trekking through the Hills to look at the homes she scheduled for us, she pivoted perfectly as we refined our scope midday and we found the right one! Emily was patient in the negotiation process, gave numerous quality referrals for contractors/management/insurance and her attention to detail ensured a smooth and timely path to closing. Highly recommend Emily and will definitely partner with her for any future real estate needs.
