Mike worked to attain unique financing options for the purchase of my house and then worked with the buyer of my former house to again facilitate unique options to help me with the sale. He kept us both informed on the status of the sale, financing, etc... The sale took a bit longer than expected but he did not rush the sale since I wanted that buyer in the house. He knew the market, financing options and was not pressuring either of us to complete the sale before the buyer was ready. I would use Mike again.
