Tries to get the best deal for you that he possibly can and yet make sure that you still get what you want if there’s competitors bidding against you he genuinely cares about your needs and tries to fulfill them as best he can.

Mike was very timely with sharing new listings which led to my ability to buy my new home. He shared it with me the day it was listed and showed it to me the following day. We made an offer that day, and they had already received another offer. Our offer won out, but if he hadn’t shared and showed it so quickly, it would’ve been a missed opportunity.
