Mike was very timely with sharing new listings which led to my ability to buy my new home. He shared it with me the day it was listed and showed it to me the following day. We made an offer that day, and they had already received another offer. Our offer won out, but if he hadn’t shared and showed it so quickly, it would’ve been a missed opportunity. Mike is also very knowledgeable about home builds and points out any deficiencies that he sees. It was a great experience working with Mike!
I've worked with a handful of realtors before and Henry is amongst the best. He isn't the kind of person to tell you what you should do, rather he is the person that shows up with solutions and advice. He helped me manage the sale of home in South Dakota where I could not be present, and helped line up and manage a contractor to get the house looking presentable to get the best price possible. He made everything else about the selling process feel seamless. He will be my go-to person for anything South Dakota in the future.

I was living in SC wanting to move back to SD and was fortunate to find Henry. He took the time to get to know what I was looking for and the timeline in which I wanted to move. I was able to fly out for a weekend (with my mother!) and we toured 7 homes around the Rapid City area. He was knowledgeable of the different areas and what they could offer me if I chose to live there. Henry was very patient and did not put any pressure on me. With this being the second home I've purchased, and he was able to explain everything in a way I understood without all the "realtor jargon." Henry communicated in a timely manner and kept me informed throughout the whole process. When I found a home, thankfully he was able to offer a solution for a dilemma which could have prevented me from securing the home I wanted. Henry also linked me up with a financial lending group which was very efficient and we were all in constant communication. Try doing it during a cooling market, at a not-great time of year, while flying in from overseas for one week to rehab a long-term rental that looks like it survived a small war. Confidence level: low. A buddy refers me to Henry. I set up the meeting with cautious optimism and a healthy dose of skepticism. In walks Henry with this calm, borderline suspicious level of confidence. He surveys my absolute disaster of a property and says, “No problem. I know some people.” Sure you do, Henry. Sure you do. But then… he actually does. We talk realistic pricing — no inflated “let’s test the market” fantasy number to win the listing. Just straight-up honesty. Already a win. An hour later he and his crew are walking the property like it’s an HGTV pilot episode. There’s a game plan. There’s momentum. There’s hope. My stress level drops from DEFCON 1 to maybe a mild yellow alert. And then he just… handles it. All of it. Incredible. Rehab coordination? Done. Professional-level photos? Ridiculous. (He’s basically a real estate marketing ninja.) Video, social, networking? All firing. And somehow — in this market — it’s SOLD. Yes, selling homes is technically his job. But there’s a difference between “doing your job” and absolutely owning it. Henry didn’t just list a house — he orchestrated the whole thing. He’s direct. Communicative. Zero games. No weird surprises. And slightly concerningly, he seemed to genuinely ENJOY the chaos. It never felt transactional. It felt like he actually gave a damn. Highly recommend Henry. Only downside? I’ll probably miss the steady stream of problem-solving texts and witty banter. Might have to buy another house just to keep in touch. 😄
