Dervilla worked with me both to sell my home and to find me a new one after my wife passed away. While I was preparing to sell, she never rushed the process of sorting through my belongings and always seemed to be there when I needed support or a gentle nudge. She worked very hard to showcase my offering and provided sound guidance when I got a bid. When I was ready to find a new home, her actions made it obvious that she knows how to make a client happy. She finds a way to satisfy her client’s needs and desires instead of trying to “sell.” She listened to me when I told her my “must have” and “would like to have” lists and she stuck to them. She even helped me crystallize some of my ideas that weren’t fully formed. She provided sound guidance when it came time to make an offer, just as she did in selling my house. I couldn’t be happier with the entire process.
