She finds a way to satisfy her client’s needs and desires instead of trying to “sell.” She listened to me when I told her my “must have” and “would like to have” lists and she stuck to them. She even helped me crystallize some of my ideas that weren’t fully formed. She provided sound guidance when it came time to make an offer, just as she did in selling my house. I couldn’t be happier with the entire process.
