Dervilla really saved my butt! I had a different agent at that time who didn't know much or help guide me. My loan officer had called her to see how the place was that I had a contract on. Found out they had an extremely bad situation that could have dire financial circumstances. It was so bad that no bank would do a loan on it. Luckily, I got out of that contract! So when I was ready to look for a new condo, I hired Dervilla. She was extremely knowledgeable about condos on the beach. I had no idea what we were doing because we have never bought a condo, dealt with an HOA, or doing rentals. In fact the first time that she responded, she was on vacation and out of the country. Throughout the process I asked a tremendously amount of questions and sometimes in the middle of the night. She responded very quickly and guided me through this whole process. She told me to stay at the building I was interested in purchasing a condo from. So I booked a condo to use and it ended up being a bigger and nicer condo than I was looking for than any building how was interested in. I instantly fell in love with that type of condo and also the vibe that I got. So we went to a couple places that I wanted to see and then she was able to talk to the rep at the building I was staying and very interested in that type of condo. She spoke to many people on my behalf and always kept me in the loop. We ended up getting the condo plus two more since they had to be all together and could not be any happier. Plus, we closed in record time of two and a half weeks. She will fight for you and also guide you if you aren't sure about things. I would highly recommend her to help you purchase a condo and I'm sure even to sell your condo.
