It all started quite a few years back when we were came down for vacation, & decided to go to open house - contemplating selling the townhome & purchase a house. Out of all the open houses we went to, I saved Dona's business card. We decided to move South permanently, & I called Dona to purchasing our home in Myrtle Beach almost 6 years ago. Dervilla stayed by our sidefor the entire process, introducing us to us to some fantastic Associates who helped every step of the way she made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable so much so that when we decided to sell our first property and buy a second one in a different location once again she stepped up to the plate, helped with all the background work stayed on top of every aspect of the sale of the previous condo in the purchase of the new one and once again went seamless we appreciate everything she does she is an amazing realtor that is very committed and will not drop the ball. Dervilla represented us as a buyers agent and a sellers agent and did a five star job with both would highly recommend her and her company.

Dervilla worked with me both to sell my home and to find me a new one after my wife passed away. While I was preparing to sell, she never rushed the process of sorting through my belongings and always seemed to be there when I needed support or a gentle nudge. She worked very hard to showcase my offering and provided sound guidance when I got a bid. When I was ready to find a new home, her actions made it obvious that she knows how to make a client happy. She finds a way to satisfy her client’s needs and desires instead of trying to “sell.” She listened to me when I told her my “must have” and “would like to have” lists and she stuck to them. She even helped me crystallize some of my ideas that weren’t fully formed. She provided sound guidance when it came time to make an offer, just as she did in selling my house. Dervilla really saved my butt! I had a different agent at that time who didn't know much or help guide me. My loan officer had called her to see how the place was that I had a contract on. Found out they had an extremely bad situation that could have dire financial circumstances. It was so bad that no bank would do a loan on it. Luckily, I got out of that contract! So when I was ready to look for a new condo, I hired Dervilla. She was extremely knowledgeable about condos on the beach. I had no idea what we were doing because we have never bought a condo, dealt with an HOA, or doing rentals. In fact the first time that she responded, she was on vacation and out of the country. Throughout the process I asked a tremendously amount of questions and sometimes in the middle of the night. She responded very quickly and guided me through this whole process. She told me to stay at the building I was interested in purchasing a condo from. So I booked a condo to use and it ended up being a bigger and nicer condo than I was looking for than any building how was interested in. I instantly fell in love with that type of condo and also the vibe that I got. So we went to a couple places that I wanted to see and then she was able to talk to the rep at the building I was staying and very interested in that type of condo. She spoke to many people on my behalf and always kept me in the loop. We ended up getting the condo plus two more since they had to be all together and could not be any happier. Plus, we closed in record time of two and a half weeks. She will fight for you and also guide you if you aren't sure about things. I would highly recommend her to help you purchase a condo and I'm sure even to sell your condo.
