Diane did an outstanding job for us over a two-year period. She showed us many houses and always answered our questions. The closing was seamless. If I were to sell the house I would definitely hire Diane as my agent again.

Niki and I have been wanting a canal home in Florida for 7 years. When the market drastically changed in the last couple years, we feared we had been priced out of that dream. With persistence in the hunt, Diane helped us make this become a reality. We had to start a search further south, but after getting out bid so many times, Diane worked her magic on a seller in North Port, Fl. The process was NOT easy, as there were many road blocks and obstacles to overcome, but Diane stuck with it, stayed positive and made it happen. Niki and I feel blessed to have Diane on our side to make this dream a reality. We LOVE our new home and our new neighbors!!!! I would highly recommend Diane to ANYONE wanting to move to Florida!!! Thanks for sticking with us Diane!:)

Diane is the rare agent who dedicates herself to your satisfaction going above and beyond what most agents do. Her attention to detail, knowledge pro-activeness and exceptional follow through after the sale could not be better. She pointed out things along the process we were not aware of or even noticed and made sure we were taken care of in every way. Highly recommend!!
