Cyn and Nik’s Canal home dream

Niki and I have been wanting a canal home in Florida for 7 years. When the market drastically changed in the last couple years, we feared we had been priced out of that dream. With persistence in the hunt, Diane helped us make this become a reality. We had to start a search further south, but after getting out bid so many times, Diane worked her magic on a seller in North Port, Fl. The process was NOT easy, as there were many road blocks and obstacles to overcome, but Diane stuck with it, stayed positive and made it happen. Niki and I feel blessed to have Diane on our side to make this dream a reality. We LOVE our new home and our new neighbors!!!! I would highly recommend Diane to ANYONE wanting to move to Florida!!! Thanks for sticking with us Diane!:)
