Jon was so patient with us and helped calm our nerves during the process of selling our home. He answered his messages to us quickly and was always looking for answers to any question or concern we had.

We tasked Lana with getting us 2 houses within a month. No easy task in the current market. Within a week, we were in contract with 2 homes. She worked tirelessly to accomplish this. Her negotiating skills are nothing short of amazing. Somehow we got both houses below asking price and some money towards repairs. In an As-Is state and in a brutal market for buyers, I’m not sure how she managed to do this. She was available 24/7 and was knowledgeable about the current market and gave us sound advice on getting the right home for the right price. We will be using her again in the near future!
